My sister and her 18-month old son, Alex, visited us last week and we had a blast. It was Christi's first visit to Washington since Wyatt was 6 weeks old and her first time meeting little Sam.
I was fun to have the 3 high chairs lined up at meal time and the 3 boys piled in the tub on their last night and did more splashing than I had ever seen. We also took a day trip to the Seattle Aquarium and introduced the kids to lots of marine life, including a blue lobster, an octopus, sea lion, sea otters and tons of fish. Wyatt's favorite exhibit was the tide pools where he could touch star fish but he had more fun splashing in the water like a crazy person. Not to be outdone, Alex chucked his pacifier into the tide pool to take some heat off of his big cousin with the aquarium staffers.
