Christmas Tree Farm

We went to the Christmas Tree Farm yesterday, along with my parents who are in town this week. We trolled the farm and ended up picking a tree right near where we parked the car- same as last year. It seems everyone passes up the first couple of rows of trees for the tree hunting "experience", allowing us the chance to swoop up some of the best trees without having to lug it far at all to put it in the car.SCORE!

Temperatures were in the 30's so we bundled the kids up in their snow gear and went on our tree hunt. Wyatt loved running aroud the farm and touching all of the "Chris-trees" and he even helped Ross saw down "the one" and carry it to get bundled.

We didn't have time to decorate the tree last night so I'm looking forward to doing that tomorrow once Ross gets home from work. Wyatt has been so excited about the Christmas lights around the neighborhood. He's going to love having some inside his own house. Now if I can just keep him from climbing the tree and keep Sam from pulling it over...
