Happy Halloween

We had a wonderful day celebrating Halloween with family and friends. The costumes went over much better with the promise of candy and seeing other kids dressed up too so we avoided tears the entire day- Yea!

We went over to Auntie Julie's in the early afternoon and enjoyed a lunch with all of the cousins and Great Grandma and Great Grandpa who were visiting from Paradise.

Here is one of my favorite shots of the day- little Sammy laughing with Shirley. They were so adorable together.

Wyatt had a great time chasing his cousins around and they taught him how to play hide-and-seek. He would hide in the same place every time and would put his finger to his lips and say "Shh." It was too precious.

We headed home in time to meet up with our neighbors who have just moved to an upscale area in North Bend. This means not just nice homes but it's an area that is well lit AND has sidewalks. What a concept!

Elia went trick-or-treating dressed as a monkey, which complimented Wyatt's Curious George costume and they were mistaken for twins at least once during the night.

One of my favorite parts of the night was went Wyatt knocked on a door and tried to put some candy from his pail into the home owner's candy basket. What a great sharer he is!





Sam was a good sport and wore his banana costume with pride after I cut leg holes in it so he didn't feel so squished in his pint-sized costume. We pushed him around the block in his stroller and he was fast asleep before we collected Wyatt's last piece of candy.
