Ross and I went to the Kenny Chesney "Sun City Carnival" concert last night and had a blast! The concert included Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Montgomery Gentry, Sugarland and of course Kenny himself and it lasted for over 7 HOURS!! We came away feeling OLD as we were tired from dancing and our ears wouldn't stop ringing but it was fun, fun, FUN! It was the first concert we had been to together since seeing Alan Jackson at the Tacoma Dome in 1996. That was way, way too long between concerts and is a pattern we intend to break as we already have another concert date set up for next month (Wynonna) and Ross is also going to see Aerosmith with his brother in a couple of weeks.
Special thanks to Ross' friend Dean for the free concert tickets to last night's show and to Grandma Nancy for babysitting the kids until 1 a.m.
